The white and greenery theme of K + S’s wedding was brought to life through Bowman & Clark‘s stunning floral arrangements. The natural beauty of the greenery mixed with the crispness of the white made for a modern and elegant atmosphere. The attention to detail and organization by the vendors made this day run smoothly and allowed me to focus on capturing the day.
One of the things I love most about photographing weddings is getting to see the unique ways each couple expresses their love. K + S’s friends and family were so supportive and joyful, creating an infectious energy that made the day truly unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a wedding venue that offers a sleek setting with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend checking out the new location of Upstairs Atlanta. And if you’re considering a separate photo shoot, like K + S did, it can be a wonderful way to capture some truly special moments with your partner. A couple of reasons for doing this might include wanting different scenery for your photos than your venue provides, not having a lot of time for photos on the wedding day, or just wanting something a little different. K + S did this and I’m so glad we did. We got to explore Oakland Cemetery together and really took our time creating a set of strong images. I’ve split those photos into their own blog post. See their day-after session at Oakland Cemetery here.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to have documented K + S’s beautiful love story and I hope their photos serve as a lasting reminder of their special day.
K+S made some time after the wedding day to take more wedding portraits in their wedding outfits. Click here to see that shoot.
